Spesso sentiamo la gente lamentarsi di non avere tempo di fare tutto ció che vuole durante il giorno. Le persone si lamentano di non avere tempo di andare il palestra, di non essere in grado di prendersi cura di se stesse e che la loro vita frentica non gli consente di vivere “in pace”.

Mi spiace dire che sono tutte o quasi tutte scuse.

Quello che le persone non hanno, è la disciplina e la forza per cambiare le cose e trovare il tempo per la cura di se stesse.

Non esistono miracoli, ma certamente esiste un segreto di benessere, è la ROUTINE mattutina.

Il modo in cui ti senti al mattino determina ed influisce sul modo in cui ti sentirai durante l’intera giornata e sul come terminerai la giornata.

Le emozioni ed i pensieri che hai al mattino dipingono il quadro di come sará la tua giornata, ed anche la tua vita. La routine Mattutina ha un impatto enorme sulla tua vita, puó potenziare la tua giornata o impedirti di ottenere ció che desideri.

Le prime ore del mattino sono le ore piú preziose della giornata, in questo momento regna il silenzio intorno a te, puoi ascoltarti e puoi prenderti cura di te.

Le mie giornate iniziano alle 6.00 del mattino. Bevo un grande bicchiere d’acqua ed inizio un piccolo workout che prevede: allungamento 20 minuti mentre ascolto qualche podcast, o qualche musica, (a volte musica rilassante altre volte musica piú energica), seguo con altri 20 min di esercizi a di forza a corpo libero, il tutto sul mio mat nel salone di casa davanti la finestra ed il balcone. Uso bande di resistenza e peso corporeo. Fuori ancora è buio, ma quando finisco inizia ad entrare la luce del sole. Sono in totale 40-45 min che mi permettono di iniziare la giornata carica di energia.


Per svegliarti presto:

1) devi aumentare il tuo livello di motivazione al risveglio e la tua voglia di iniziare la giornata.

2) posiziona la sveglia lontana da te preferibilmente in un altra stanza. (a poco a poco non avrai bisogno di sveglia)

3) posiziona la sveglia almeno 30 min prima del risveglio e dell’inizio del workout.

A mano a mano che inizi a creare questa routine mattutina, noterai una sensazione di benessere ed energia nel corpo, che ti permetterá di sentirti forte e ti dará la grinta di iniziare motivato la giornata.

La sensazione di benessere sará cosí evidente, che la routine inizierá ad essere parte essenziale della tua vita!

Iniziano le feste natalizie, questo è il miglior momento per iniziare. Non aspettare Gennaio!





There are many marketing theories about brand success. There are many variables that affect the creation of a brand.

Nowadays it is always easier to create appealing and quality products. We remain convinced of the idea that the PRODUCT remains one of the key points in the creation of added value to the brand. Obviously it is not the only element.

You have to be tested for years and to assess that you have the right frame of mind to start a project, you must have realized the many difficulties that arise, and evaluate your entrepreneurial skills. There are many difficulties encountered in a competitive world such as fashion!

Another decisive aspect, to create a close-knit and motivated work team. You have to believe a lot in yourself, in the success of the project, not give up in front of the difficulties, know how to manage relationships well, be creative and entrepreneurial at the same time. Automatically you will create yourself a “bubble” of positivity, of enthusiasm, you will gradually create a team of motivated and close-knit people. This is absolutely the added value of a brand (beyond the product, which remains of the idea is crucial)


The absolute most fascinating part for a designer is to see the creation of a garment. Creating a fully customized garment requires many hours of work. From the phase of the realization of the model to the final phase of the garment.

Choose the right fabric, in the case of sportswear, look for the right breathability, the perfect resistance are aspects that compete with the manufacturer and the product manager, with the fundamental contribution of those who wear the clothes daily. These are complex judgments and assessments, which often involve high costs. A team work, in which the modeller must be able to perceive the sensations and needs of the final customer, the manufacturer must verify the feasibility from the technical point of view (stitching, fabrics…), the designer must perceive the sensations and the external environment, must know the market and trends.

Creativity is one of the key aspects of a product’s success

We will dedicate a new post to the theme of DESIGN, how the trends are defined, and the collections, how the graphic and color tests are carried out, and the temporal moments (the calendar) for the production of the garments.

Nothing is left to chance !!!


Breakfast is the most important moment of the day!

It is not necessary a nutritionist to have a confirmation, especially if you are a sports type, you will know better your body, and you will have realized that a good energy intake in the morning is essential for the continuation of the day.

With the elimination of refined sugar from eating habits, breakfast was certainly the most complicated meal to rebuild.

Consider that a normally HEALTHY Breakfast, which includes a cup of milk with cereals or a yogurt, bread with jam, fruit and coffee unfortunately contains a few added sugars. Imagine a ” UNHEALTHY BREAKFAST” based on croissants and baked desserts 🙁

Finding a valid, energetic, satiating and good alternative at the same time was not easy. But have discovered Acai Breakfast based on oats was a nice surprise!!:-)

I already knew about the fruit of Acai (there is a bar in Barcelona ZUMITO, where it is possible to try some AMAZING  Acai bowl :-). Acai berries are small, round and purple color.  The Acai plant grows in the swampy areas of the tropical forests of central and South America. It is a fruit rich in fibers, with high satiating power, with large quantities of anthocyanins and flavonoids that are powerful antioxidants that defend the body from free radicals.

But let’s go to the Breakfast 🙂

HOW TO PREPARE a good Breakfast based on Acai?

I have experimented and combined various recipes (these are not original recipes, but my version of the famous ACAI BOWL fashionable Californian’s meal). The original acai bowl is an Acai berry cream made with Greek yogurt.

THE ORIGINAL RECIPE of the acai bowl is based on Greek yogurt and coconut milk, honey, banana frozen , berries frozen, Acai berries or Acai powder (1 teaspoon). All blended in a mixer and garnished with coconut, granola and other fresh fruit to taste, usually berries and strawberries.

Early morning experiments led me to formulate a variant of the original recipe.

I created an AVENA ACAI BOWL with no added sugar, it consists of a “porridge” based on small oats, cooked over low heat with water (you can cook it with oat milk o rice milk), with the addition of frozen raspberries to give a slightly sweeter taste. When cooking for about 5 minutes, add a tablespoon of Acai powder and continue to mix. Garnish the recipe with fresh fruits, apple, kiwi, chia seeds, or almonds, walnuts and a sprinkling of oats.

I tried different combinations of AVENA ACAI BOWL, probably the version that i prefered  was the variant with Mango. Give space to imagination and create your own ACAI BOWL !!!

Preparing breakfast is very simple, you will lose only 10 minutes to prepare it (cooking 5 min + cut the fruit and garnish 5 min). Afterwards sip your coffee or tea, and you are ready to face the busy day without SUGAR!

The first 7 days are not easy, you will enter the kitchen and you leave without having eaten nothing, you will come back another time and you will ask: Is it possible that all the foods contain sugar? Yes, many foods, sometimes even the most apparently healthy, contain refined sugar. The first days the fixed thought will be: it will be 21 hell days!

Finding yourself in the kitchen, at home or on the street, thinking what I can eat during these 21 days? Sugar really creates a strong dependency, eliminating it radically creates imbalance, and nervousness, except to discover, step by step, that its elimination in a short time, generates an incredible state of well-being.

After about 8-10 days you start to sleep better, you feel with better energy (refined sugar does not bring energy, it decreases your energy!), you are not always tired anymore, your mind is more alive, you will no longer have continuous hunger during the day (sugar does not satisfy, generates hunger), your body changes, during workouts you improve your performance without decreasing energy, you feel more charged, everything motivates you so much that you only want to keep feeling good.

After 15 days, the general well-being achieved will surprise you. Sleeping 6hrs consecutive during night is no longer a mirage for those who suffer from insomnia. You feel full of positive energy, and very motivated to want to continue this lifestyle for a long time. Begin to take care of the nutrition even more, you no longer want to feel tired, to feel “impure” and the desire to feel healthy and “clean” pushes you to change even more habits and nutrition. You will feel the need to eat healthier and to feel cleaner  reduce the meat consumption, dairy products and carbohydrates such as bread, pizza and pasta.




  • Begin this pursuit of the 21 days with a friend, the motivation will be double
  • Every time that you feel a slight sensation of hunger, fill it with any food that does not contain sugar (try not to tamper this feeling with the fruit !!!!). Suggestions: dried fruit such as almonds, walnuts, rice cakes, avocado, salmon
  • Do not overdo the fruit and above all avoid consumption in the evening
  • Preference is given to vegetable carbohydrates: legumes such as lentils, barley, chickpeas, quinoa and fish
  • Preference raw vegetables
  • Recommend for a great breakfast: acai bowl based on oats, with pieces of fruit (rich, energetic and healthy)



WAKING UP is hard to do. Even if you’ve gotten a full eight to ten hours of shut-eye, getting out of bed in the morning can be such a drag…and if you’re body’s not energized from the get-go, it can be rough to get your day on track.
