Finalmente la nuova linea AWAYA Swim arriva nel mondo del nuoto. Una linea di costumi sportiva, dalle geometrie rette, sgambature alte, bretelle sottili e disegni colorati che riprendono il tema della linea water “Adventure AWAYA”. 

Abbiamo voluto creare capi attrattivi nella forma e nel disegno, senza rinunciare alla comoditá di un capo tecnico, grazie all’utilizzo di tessuti elastici e resistenti al sole ed al cloro, ed attraverso la scelta di un modello che mette in risalto la femminilitá della donna sportiva.

4 disegni Bikini AWAYA:

  • Sicily dallo sfondo rubine red, riprende la pianta del Fico d’India tipica dell’isola della Sicilia
  • Indio un mix creativo di colori eclettici ed eleganti
  • Azteca una esplosione di giallo, dettagli neri MexStyle, onde turchesi del mare e punte di colore fucsia.
  • Hawaii by AWAYA nella versione White, un disegno rinnovato “more fresh” moderno e giovane.

 

2 Costumi Interi AWAYA:

  • Pure Island dal colore bianco predominante, inspirato alla purezza di un’ isola immaginaria, vergine ed incontaminata (disponibile ONLINE a partire dal mese di settembre)
  • Coral Palm  dal delicato e deciso color corallo, che insieme al verde delle palme, dona eleganza anche alla donna piú sportiva.

Costumi per le donne che amano nuotare tutti i giorni in piscina, o a mare, resistenti anche in presenza di elevate quantitá di cloro ed indicati anche per un uso quotidiano.

VESTIBILITÁ: Il costume intero con vestibilitá FIT, adatto per le donne piú in forma. Scollatura bassa e sgambatura alta che mette in risalto le forme, ma nello stesso tempo comodo e consente grande libertá di movimento in acqua. Per i bikini invece una vestibilitá comfort REGULAR, top con scollatura profonda, bretelle sottili ad incrocio, ed uno slip con corda elastica che permette una migliore regolazione della cintura.

Il mondo della moda è un mondo affascinate, dove la Creatività, il buon gusto e una spiccata attenzione per i dettagli sono le caratteristiche fondamentali per chi vuole lavorare in questo settore.

Bisogna essere sempre aggiornati non solo sui nuovi trend, le collezioni e gli eventi moda, ma bisogna conoscere anche l’arte, la pittura, la fotografia, il cinema e la musica: qualsiasi cosa che si osserva può arricchire e influenzare il lavoro che sta dietro gli addetti della moda.

Lo staff grafico AWAYA é composto da 2 figure.

Una grafico “ARTISTA”, italiano di Palermo, che ha la visione del progetto nella sua totalitá. La sua vena artistica é molto spiccata, ama la pittura, il disegno e l’arte. Un artista con la A maiuscola, le cui inspirazioni vengono guidate in base a studi di settore molto precisi.

Un grafico “MODA”, questa figura ricoperta da una donna tenace e decisa, dai gusti originali e da una grande esperienza nel modo della stampa in sublimazione. Lei ritocca i disegni, li plasma su tela, interseca colori e rende un capo vivo. E’ colei che prova i colori su tessuto (prima della produzione), trova le giuste tonalitá dei colori, ed ha sempre una visione globale del capo nella sua versione ultimata, conosce i tessuti e le problematiche grafiche dovute alla scelta di un particolarte tessuto o cucitura.

Sono 2 figure necessarie e complementari!

Dietro il lavoro grafico/artistico, esiste uno studio dettagliato delle mode, dei trend. La maggior fonte di ispirazione é l’alta moda italiana. Gli stilisti italiani delle piú famose case di moda, sono oggetto di studio approfondito. Lavoriamo con una bacheca di idee condivise, il team work puó accedere alla bacheca condivisa ed aggiungere ogni immagine o elemento che considera significativo per la creazione delle Collezioni.

Arte, design, moda, colori diventano cosí la base per creare un capo tecnico sportivo.

ACAI BOWL – ENERGETIC AND SUGAR FREE BREAKFAST

Breakfast is the most important moment of the day!

It is not necessary a nutritionist to have a confirmation, especially if you are a sports type, you will know better your body, and you will have realized that a good energy intake in the morning is essential for the continuation of the day.

With the elimination of refined sugar from eating habits, breakfast was certainly the most complicated meal to rebuild.

Consider that a normally HEALTHY Breakfast, which includes a cup of milk with cereals or a yogurt, bread with jam, fruit and coffee unfortunately contains a few added sugars. Imagine a ” UNHEALTHY BREAKFAST” based on croissants and baked desserts 🙁

Finding a valid, energetic, satiating and good alternative at the same time was not easy. But have discovered Acai Breakfast based on oats was a nice surprise!!:-)

I already knew about the fruit of Acai (there is a bar in Barcelona ZUMITO, where it is possible to try some AMAZING  Acai bowl :-). Acai berries are small, round and purple color.  The Acai plant grows in the swampy areas of the tropical forests of central and South America. It is a fruit rich in fibers, with high satiating power, with large quantities of anthocyanins and flavonoids that are powerful antioxidants that defend the body from free radicals.

But let’s go to the Breakfast 🙂

HOW TO PREPARE a good Breakfast based on Acai?

I have experimented and combined various recipes (these are not original recipes, but my version of the famous ACAI BOWL fashionable Californian’s meal). The original acai bowl is an Acai berry cream made with Greek yogurt.

THE ORIGINAL RECIPE of the acai bowl is based on Greek yogurt and coconut milk, honey, banana frozen , berries frozen, Acai berries or Acai powder (1 teaspoon). All blended in a mixer and garnished with coconut, granola and other fresh fruit to taste, usually berries and strawberries.

Early morning experiments led me to formulate a variant of the original recipe.

I created an AVENA ACAI BOWL with no added sugar, it consists of a “porridge” based on small oats, cooked over low heat with water (you can cook it with oat milk o rice milk), with the addition of frozen raspberries to give a slightly sweeter taste. When cooking for about 5 minutes, add a tablespoon of Acai powder and continue to mix. Garnish the recipe with fresh fruits, apple, kiwi, chia seeds, or almonds, walnuts and a sprinkling of oats.

I tried different combinations of AVENA ACAI BOWL, probably the version that i prefered  was the variant with Mango. Give space to imagination and create your own ACAI BOWL !!!

Preparing breakfast is very simple, you will lose only 10 minutes to prepare it (cooking 5 min + cut the fruit and garnish 5 min). Afterwards sip your coffee or tea, and you are ready to face the busy day without SUGAR!

HOW TO END YOUR SUGAR ADDITION IN 21 DAYS

Start the new year with a positive charge, a “clean” charge made of new sensations and discovering a new kind of well-being.

This is the REAL motivation behind the choice of wanting to start a new food journey, more healthy and balanced. A jouney that can be started with the radical elimination of refined sugars from one’s eating habits. A 21-day SUGAR FREE challenge that can change your life 🙂

For who likes the good food, sweets, chocolate, wine seems impossible to think such a thing, but the desire for well-being can lead you to start this experience. You will enjoy many benefits, and you will notice them, day after day, so you will want to continue the SUGAR FREE challenge.

The first 7 days are not easy, you will enter the kitchen and you leave without having eaten nothing, you will come back another time and you will ask: Is it possible that all the foods contain sugar? Yes, many foods, sometimes even the most apparently healthy, contain refined sugar. The first days the fixed thought will be: it will be 21 hell days!

Finding yourself in the kitchen, at home or on the street, thinking what I can eat during these 21 days? Sugar really creates a strong dependency, eliminating it radically creates imbalance, and nervousness, except to discover, step by step, that its elimination in a short time, generates an incredible state of well-being.

After about 8-10 days you start to sleep better, you feel with better energy (refined sugar does not bring energy, it decreases your energy!), you are not always tired anymore, your mind is more alive, you will no longer have continuous hunger during the day (sugar does not satisfy, generates hunger), your body changes, during workouts you improve your performance without decreasing energy, you feel more charged, everything motivates you so much that you only want to keep feeling good.

After 15 days, the general well-being achieved will surprise you. Sleeping 6hrs consecutive during night is no longer a mirage for those who suffer from insomnia. You feel full of positive energy, and very motivated to want to continue this lifestyle for a long time. Begin to take care of the nutrition even more, you no longer want to feel tired, to feel “impure” and the desire to feel healthy and “clean” pushes you to change even more habits and nutrition. You will feel the need to eat healthier and to feel cleaner  reduce the meat consumption, dairy products and carbohydrates such as bread, pizza and pasta.

HOW TO TRY TO ELIMATE THE SUGARS

Tips:

  • Begin this pursuit of the 21 days with a friend, the motivation will be double
  • Every time that you feel a slight sensation of hunger, fill it with any food that does not contain sugar (try not to tamper this feeling with the fruit !!!!). Suggestions: dried fruit such as almonds, walnuts, rice cakes, avocado, salmon
  • Do not overdo the fruit and above all avoid consumption in the evening
  • Preference is given to vegetable carbohydrates: legumes such as lentils, barley, chickpeas, quinoa and fish
  • Preference raw vegetables
  • Recommend for a great breakfast: acai bowl based on oats, with pieces of fruit (rich, energetic and healthy)
